Allied Health Services Include:
- Consider financial support to get Functional Assessment Evidence
- Assist you with the access request Form, or an unplanned review of your present NDIS plan
- Collect and collate further evidence, if needed by the NDIS, to make sure timely completion of the access procedure
- Act as a contact person for NDIS, at your request
- Liaise with health-based services and general practitioners
- Assist you to familiarize and seek a review of the NDIS decision or appeal the decision (if needed).
Who Can Access Allied Health Services?
Allied Health services are available to participants of the NDIS who could advantage from further allied health assistance. We can also assist people who’re identified as needing allied health assistance due to permanent conditions but are not National Disability Insurance Scheme participants to request support.
